“COLORFORMS This painting was created by FUTURA in 1991 during a pivotal transition from painting to digital design. Produced at a moment when his focus was shifting beyond the canvas, the work stands as one of the final paintings from that formative period.More than three decades later, the artwork served as the inspiration for the Nike SB Dunk Low Pro ‘Bleached Aqua’, released in May 2024, bringing elements of the original composition to a new generation.
