A LITTLE ABOUT ME👇🏼

The first clip was January 9th 2026, the second was June 12th 2026. It’s wild to see such a difference in my face. 3-4 years ago I weighed 40lbs more. As I am writing this, this is the strongest my mental health has been and this is the best I’ve ever felt about my body. I have been in therapy for 8 years now but the physical health needed addressing. It all started last December getting into the gym. At first I was nervous to go but I started staying consistent and began to feel the mental and physical benefits. I am so proud of the work I’ve put into myself. Then, over the past 6 months, I reconnected with Carlee (who I had a crush on 14 years ago) and now we are together and very much in love. All this to say, take care of your mind, your body, and things will come together. It doesn’t happen overnight but it’s all worth it. Oh ya, and get out there and get some tight lines. Nature’s therapy. 🎣
