We re BACK.

I had a lot fun fighting with my crew, I was missing adcc vibes to be honest.

I went 3-2 last night, I know what I need to do to achieve my dreams and after last night my students @groundcontrolmmastuart, and my wife @thais.troisi, @leosilvabjj gave me another shoot of motivation.

I got to event to coach my students 8am, I woke up 5h30, and my first match was 6h47pm and last match 8h30pm but that time something change, I could stay connected and I love fighting and I like to have a fun and ADCC is the place to display that.

Two weeks ago, I walked into a new local gym with my boys. Having grown up the daughter of a martial arts instructor, I have extremely high expectations for martial arts facilities, and this one did not disappoint.

Unlike the typical dojo, *Ground Control* offers jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, wrestling, and boxing. All of the coaches are masters of their art. Their head coach, who teaches and fights BJJ, is actually from Brazil!

Since starting two weeks ago, my oldest has become more motivated and disciplined. My youngest looks forward to learning something new on the mat every day.

Look I’m no promoter, just a single mama trying to raise men. But if you are interested in the art, simply want your kids to be more disciplined, or are wanting some self defense training for yourself, Ground Control is where you want to be. I promise you will not be disappointed.
