Man it’s been a minute since I updated Instagram, huh? I’m dealing with anxiety, depression, and med changes, so it’s been hard for me to feel up to much. I do own a ukulele now though, so I’ve been taxing myself that. It’s pretty fun!

Hello and welcome to video proof that aerial progress is an extremely wiggly line. I learned something new today and did a decent job on the first try, but when I wanted to get video I was less than graceful. But hey, I’m building strength and trying my best, and it’s an amazing work-out, so who cares? Like I say constantly in class, the worst thing that happens is I can’t do it, so I might as well give it a shot. #aerialsilks #aerialbeginner

Today was my first day back at silks after about three months away! I’m definitely gonna need to build my strength and endurance up again, but this is MUCH better than I was expecting when I showed up this morning! I’m so happy to be in classes again, aerial silks is one of my favorite things and I missed the fantabulous Mikah so much. 💜 I can’t wait to get back to doing fancy fun things!

HELLO LOOK AT WHAT I LEARNED IN MY FIRST EVER AERIAL SILK CLASS. Nowhere near perfect or even super coordinated, but I DID IT. @aerialdragons is an awesome place and I can’t wait to learn more! (PS ignore how pink I am, it was freezing today and I’m allergic to the cold whoops.)
