This is the first piece of work I’m sharing from Hill Created. 🎨 But it’s not a client project. I made this for my wife’s 25th birthday. A 15-page magazine. Fully custom. “Glamour & Growth” - because that’s who she is. Someone who’s always evolving, always building and always showing up. Writing articles. Sourcing contributors. Designing spreads. Obsessing over every detail. It wasn’t about making something perfect. It was about making something that mattered. And that’s what Hill Created is about. Whether it’s a brand identity, a video, or a 15-page magazine for someone you love - the work should mean something. There’s a specific kind of fear that comes with starting something from scratch. It isn’t the fear of failure - I’ve failed plenty. It’s not the fear of judgment either. It’s the fear of looking back in a year and realizing I didn’t even try. I’ve spent my life chasing my dream of becoming a professional rugby player. Early morning gym sessions. Late night training sessions. Moving away from family and friends. Sacrifices most people don’t get to see. And that granted me the fortune of turning it into something real and amazing. But alongside that, there’s always been this other dream I’ve had for just as long. This quiet pull toward creating - making things that didn’t exist before, bringing ideas to life, telling stories through design and video. It started as a kid building worlds and characters straight out of my imagination, and that has now slowly shifted into video production, storytelling, and brand design. So here’s the deal I made with myself: 12 months to make this a viable source of income. Full commitment. The same determination. Today I introduce you to a project close to my heart - Hill Created.
