Flying to Brazil in @united Polaris was an incredible experience in itself, but getting a glimpse of how much effort goes into sourcing quality coffee and being able to witness the journey of @illy_us from bean to cup has been truly eye-opening.

An extreme amount of care goes into growing, harvesting, processing, testing, and selecting the right coffee before it ends up in your cup. After watching this I hope that you, too, will develop the same new appreciation for coffee that I have (especially if you’re enjoying it in the sky!) I also highly recommend visiting a coffee farm if you’re ever in a position to do so! ☕️🌿

My love for coffee and travel are coming together in this incredible partnership as I fly @united Polaris business class from Newark to São Paulo to explore the journey of @illy_coffee from bean to cup!

Illy has been served on United planes and in clubs and lounges since 2016 (I especially loved enjoying their canned cold brew at 30,000 feet).

Hanging out in the Polaris lounge where we could relax, enjoy a delicious meal and, of course, plenty of coffee, was the perfect start to the trip. I also can’t say enough about the in-flight Polaris experience where we slept comfortably in Saks Fifth Avenue bedding. We arrived in São Paulo rested, caffeinated and ready to explore. I absolutely cannot wait to share more!

When @illy_us invited me to experience the Art of Dining Series at @wolfsbane_sf, I knew I was in for something special.

Created in partnership with illy Chef Ambassador Rupert Blease, the evening featured an intimate tasting menu inspired by his bespoke illy coffee blend, proving that coffee can be so much more than what’s in your cup.

What I loved most was how each course highlighted different tasting notes found within the illy blend. One of my favorite dishes of the night was inspired by sunflower, bringing forward beautiful notes of hazelnut and praline in a way that felt both thoughtful and unexpected. Every plate told a story, showcasing how coffee can influence flavor, texture, and creativity throughout an entire dining experience.

From the artistry behind each course to the meaningful conversations shared around the table, this was a celebration of exceptional cuisine, premium coffee, and connection.

#AD cold brew with honey cold froth, the perfect coffee for a summer’s morning ☕️ @illy_us

Ingredients:
3 oz skim milk
1 tbsp honey + more for garnish
1 pump honey syrup
2 pumps lavender syrup
Ice
6 oz @illy_us cold brew

Instructions:
1. Prepare the cold froth: in the Illy frother (or a spindle mixer cup).
2. Add skim milk.
3. Add honey, honey syrup, and lavender syrup.
4. Froth the milk on the cold setting (or mix on a spindle mixer on low for approx.1 minute until the milk is thick and shiny.
5. Fill the serving glass 1/2 with ice.
6. Add still cold brew.
7. Top the cold brew in the glass with honey cold froth.
8. Garnish with a drizzle honey and enjoy! ✨

* If using the illy frother, mix the honey and milk in a separate container to get it somewhat integrated prior to frothing.
