When guests arrive at the InterContinental Cleveland, it may be their first introduction to Greater Cleveland. Robert Hill, the hotel’s Area General Manager, is determined to make it an unforgettable one. “We want guests to leave here wanting to return, and we want them to recommend Cleveland to others,” he says. An Ireland native working around the world in his hospitality career, Robert says Cleveland has been the most welcoming. He and his family enjoy skiing and going tobogganing in the winter and love a show at Playhouse Square year-round. It’s that welcoming nature and level of care that sets us apart, though.
