💭 Splitting my legs helped me find the balance first, then once my head lifted, I focused on pushing my shoulders back to stack over my elbows.

🐬 Dolphin pose was my best prep. It built the shoulder strength and got me comfortable with the weight shift before I ever tried to lift.

👁️ Shifting my gaze forward instead of down was the last piece. It opened up my chest and helped everything stack.

☀️ Everything started to feel lighter after that.
