1. It distorts your identity.
Sin makes you believe you’re too broken for God’s love, blinding you to your true identity in Christ.

2. It isolates you from community.
Sin thrives in secrecy, keeping you from the healing that comes through confession and connection.

The more we entertain sin, the more desensitized we become to conviction and truth.

3. You don’t always feel it—but you can always choose it.

3. Your peace doesn’t break when people disappoint you.
Worldly love is fragile and based on behavior. God’s love anchors you beyond human highs and lows.

4. You choose truth over trends.
The world’s “love” is feelings-based and constantly shifting. God’s love is rooted in eternal truth, and it empowers you to stand firm even when it’s unpopular.

5. You love without needing anything back.
Worldly love is transactional (“love me if I love you”). God’s love is transformational — it flows from you even when nothing is returned.
