You don’t forget the day England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 fly you out to the Euros to cook for them.

Players, staff, friends and family, fed and watered on one of the biggest days of the tournament. People, flavour and proper good vibes all round.

As a football fan, this was a real full-circle moment. You always dream of getting the call-up, so to be trusted to bring the food for a day like that? One I won’t forget.

With the World Cup here, it felt only right to bring this one back ⚽️ Who are you backing this time? 👀

Every month in Weber offices all over the world, we have a Weber Wednesday where someone puts their hand up to cook for the whole crew. Today at @weberuk HQ we had @drummond8315 and daren.bignell cook up an absolute storm for about 50 of us. Turkish feast with some incredible grilled meats with flatbreads, salads and home made chilli sauces. Outstanding and thanks gents! That was sooooo good.

An attempt to cram 2hrs of the mighty @tameimpala live in Birmingham last night into a 2min reel. One of the most immense live music experiences I’ve ever had. I absolutely loved every second of it (and felt a bit old 😂). A real pleasure to share the time with @noahfinch77

The day @jamieoliver’s team came to our backyard to film his new @weberuk TV show @channel4 🔥

We are honoured to have played a small part in this wonderful new series and really hope that with Jamie’s help we can bring BBQ to the British masses. Thanks to everyone who posted, shared and sent us lovely messages about our dish. We opted for our version of a Oaxacan Tlayuda with fresh chorizo supplied by our good friends @farmerspantryltd, cooked on the Weber Slate.

Massive thanks to @jonrfinch @adamjpont @gyles77 and the whole Weber team for a superb series. Next week it’s time for @melissafood and then the final episode will be @missminifer. Three fantastic female chefs changing how we BBQ, one delicious recipe at a time.

Now available to stream on @channel4 📺

BBQ ramen last night. A beautiful hunk of sirloin, reverse seared on the @weberuk Mastertouch and sliced thin over the noodles, broth and veg. Lush.

The sun was out in full force for the launch of @jamieoliver’s new BBQ book and @weberuk TV show ☀️

Thanks for all the delicious food and inviting us to do a masterclass with the wonderful @melissafood. We cooked the iconic @contramarmx pescado a la talla, watercress & radish salad and elotes. @melissafood cooked the most delicious baked oysters with scotch bonnet butter and crispy chicken skin.
Massive thanks to the @jamieoliver’s team for cooking up delicious recipes from the new book.

A superb day with our @weberuk family @jonrfinch @gyles77 @adamjpont

Can’t wait for you all to see the show @channel4 in May!

A 2kg wing rib of beef, dry brined with @maldonsalt for 6hrs before hitting the @weberuk Kamado, with extra flavour from smouldering rosemary branches in the coals.

Last weekend , a sunny bank holiday Monday, I fired up the Weber Searwood to smoke a chicken and a handful of very meaty party ribs, these were single bones of spare ribs with loads of the belly meat still there.
After a few hours in the smoke, I wrapped the party ribs in butcher paper with loads of butter and brown sugar and set them back to cook another hour or so before saucing both the ribs and the chicken down with one of Tubby Toms awesome BBQ sauce.s
I set them back on the grill for the saucy, buttery, sugary glaze to set whilst the chicken pretty much just took care of itself.
