What dreams are made of 🇯🇵 Has been an unreal experience so far. From training in the mountains around Hakuba to exploring a completely different culture every day has been an adventure. One of the highlights was summiting Mount Fuji, Japan’s highest peak at 3,776m something I’ll never forget. Moments like these remind me why I love pushing my limits and exploring new places through running and adventure. Few more weeks of adventures and training then we are off on the next adventure ! #explorepage #explore #dreams #freedom

Every wondered if your VO2 on your Garmin / watch is accurate ? My third time testing my VO2 accurately and all tests have now been in the 80s Not saying you will definitely score higher could be lower but worth getting it tested accurately ! #vo2 #vo2max #londonmarathon #running #treadmill
