In full sunlight this car is a light metallic green with gold flakes vs in the shade it turns into a darker green. When it's overcast you will see a deep dark teal green. . BMW is about 10 steps ahead of Mercedes, Lexus, Audi, Jaguar, Maserati, and pretty much any car manufacturer aside from Porsche & Rolls Royce in the paint department. . When you consider Porsche charges $14,000 for paint to sample the $4,500 BMW charges is not bad for individual paint. The M3 you see here was a standard paint upgrade at $650- .
