Come along with me to the media preview day for the @clevelandmuseumofart latest collection debut, Martin Puryear: NEXUS

Martin Puryear is a world renowned Black American visual artist who’s career spans more than 50 years. You can see his influences from black culture across the diaspora come through in his work which includes massive installations, sculptures, woodwork and more. I was so honored to be invited to preview this beautiful body of work.

This is a career spanning collection of artwork is on display at The Cleveland Museum of Art starting April 12th and running through August 9th

2025 was so good to me. So much work, love, family, friends, travel and fun. I have zero complaints. I hit new heights for my business, shot so much music and expanded to creative projects that stretched me in the best ways, including a black maternal health and wellness project funded by the city of Cleveland.

One of my goals this year was to collaborate more and I had the opportunity to work with so many amazing creatives this year. I traveled across the world to Japan and I deepend my relationship with family and friends.

Next year the agenda is continuing to grow, plus reconnecting with my other creative talents and passions. With extra much needed self care added in…See you in 2026 ✨🍾🤎

Yesterday, I was invited to the @clevelandmuseumofart for an exclusive media day preview of their newest exhibit “Renaissance to Runway” curated by the talented @darnelljamal

This was an absolutely breathtaking exhibition and combines two of my favorite genres, art and fashion. The exhibit showcases how Italian ateliers, and fashion houses such as Versace, Gucci, Armani, Emilio Pucci, Diesel and more have used classic Renaissance era art to inspire and inform their designs, literally turning them into wearable art pieces in their own right. There were more than 100 iconic designs on display in this expansive showcase.

The exhibit opens to the public Sunday, November 9th and is definitely a must see, get your tickets now.
