🤔Why do we as people feel guilty (especially if you’re an HSP or empath) for having confidence that you built internally in yourself when you had no one to pour into you? It’s literally been you and God/Universe/Ancestors so where did the guilt come from-projection 🫣. Who said that you are not allowed to be proud to be you, while working with less and when you’re not harming yourself or another person, they can be confident in themselves but you can’t 🤔? It’s not adding up, start subtracting 😂. Adult bullies who gain confidence from others weakness, gossip, manipulation, undermining (low vibing behaviors) exists-no revenge walk away never allow them to block the goodness that you are deserving of 🥅. The mind games people play and smile in your face and I am still here experience is too expensive 😂🫪🥰. Thank you for the experience, I was naive at one point in time 🎁-transmute. 💯Confidence is built by keeping promises to yourself. People can add to your confidence or subtract from it. But don’t let their inconsistency weaken your trust in your own intuition. 💜Trust issues with people can lead to trust issues with self with your own intuition especially if being done unconsciously. Also if you keep hanging around people who invite you but don’t welcome you can fluctuate your confidence as well. 💯Confidence in people is built that same way trust is built through patterns, not promises. People who tell the truth even when it’s uncomfortable create safety.You don’t have to guess, decode or shrink-transparency. 💜Self-confidence is built internally. Through self commitment not external validation. Every time you choose another person over your own needs your confidence decreases. Stop ignoring your inner guidance system. Removing yourself from people who make you doubt yourself is the greatest gift ever 🎁. If you trust no one, don’t forget to trust yourself friend 🥅✨🧚🏽🦄. 💜Do something today that puts YOU first, if it allows. 💯Confidence doesn’t need permission- no harm to another person no harm done to thyself/ arrogance stinks 😷. There are levels to confidence. Affirm: I honor my truth even if others overlook it.

Giving the benefit of the doubt is my toxic trait not because I am naive but because I am wired to see potential not patterns 🫣💜. I had to unlearn to relearn and it’s still daily practice in how it shows up. ✨🧚🏽Progress never perfection Giving the benefit of the doubt is really about over extending your empathy, ignoring your intuition and abandoning your boundaries. 🎁Without harm to another or yourself, what does choosing you look like in practice towards self love 🧐?What are you unlearning to relearn again? It’s interesting how a caterpillar 🐛 never asks to become a butterfly 🦋 . It’s simply follows its design. Humans are different we get to choose. 🧚🏽✨We can delete old patterns, rewrite our story and reload a new versions of ourselves. I too have been around the wrong people who try to intimidate, manipulate and groom. I am grateful that I was able to make cents (sense) to create change and I am not talking about money 💵🤣💯🎁. Experience is expensive 💯. Downplaying your truth can plant the seed of stagnation🫪. A blocked throat chakra disrupts communication, self expression, creativity and emotional clarity and the ability to speak your truth. While attracting the wrong kind of people especially narcissist and reactive abuse 🫣. What’s really on your mind? It’s okay to share, no harm done to thyself or another human being. Your voice deserves space. Your truth deserves air. The throat chakra thrives on honesty not suppression. Release is healthy, authenticity is alignment- will it may what you are able to experience or create spaces with reliable beings such as yourself 🥰. Friend👑, Keep walking in love-frequency 📡. The truth shall set you 🆓.

Spirit animal: The Owl 🦉 The owl sees what others don’t, especially in the night. They symbolize deep wisdom and intuition. The owl is a guide through darkness and transition. Encouraging you to trust the inner voice (knowing) while navigating the unknown. Growth has taught me to empower encourage, and uplift- not absorb everyone’s ego tantrums 😂😘. The BS another would put you through but would never want to go through- AMAZING 🥶. And yet, spiritual beings in human form here we are being bear witnesses to existence. Experience can get expensive 😂🤣😂. It’ll charge you full price, no discount, no apology. But the lesson is the return on investment in clarity. Boxes can be built from assumptions too. Your identity is built from growth. 🤔When working with what you have, don’t get tricked into lack by what you see- perception. If feeling like the only 1, the devil is a liar, we are never alone in how we feel 💯. Having a craft day with my mini nuggets 🎁. Purpose is not always found in movement but can be found in presence too. Even if you don’t have much rich experiences can be created. 🤨Just be careful of people who act like they want to help-transactional connections. 😏I realize sometimes when holding yourself accountable and being responsible can come with sacrifices that you never intended while you push through taking it one day at a a time. Peep how life work backwards 🤔surrender is the door to real strength. Pain dissolves when taking time to understand. Healing starts where resistance ends, etc . 😉While life happens we go through ups and downs, never allow situations to steal the joy you can create without having to go broke doing it. Bills paid ✅ food to eat ✅ roof over your head ✅ so what if you only have $60 (managing accordingly🎁).
