Does this sound familiar? -been in business for 10+ years -business used to be consistent -you look and see online why it’s slow -new guy has more reviews than you -their business gets rank priority with google -your business decreases All too often I see this from hard working contractors, tradesmen, and service based businesses. I get it, it’s frustrating. But you HAVE to learn this or else you won’t be in business much longer. Even better if business is good and you aren’t doing this, you’ll want to get on it NOW.
