What a fantastic year 2024 is turning out to be thanks to everyone who voted for me on my nomination for newcomer of the year in @mbukmagazine I really appreciate it and thanks to all the judges that voted for me feel honoured to be picked in a field of brilliant riders thanks to @cyclistsfightingcancer and @spa_riders_ @proridemtbcoaching @goldenswitchltd for all your support with racing and riding this year had the most amazing time at the awards and a brilliant day riding with @mtb_morg @mtb_ffi at @bikepark_wales the next day well done ffi with the win 💪🏼💪🏼 can’t wait to see what next season brings more fun and adventures with my mtb family and friends

There’s amazing days and there mind blowing amazing days me and Dad had the pleasure of getting to say thank you yesterday to the wonderful Hollie and Oli from @mucoff and @amaurypierron4 for there kindness and love shown to Phoenix during his treatment simply wonderful people then had the most amazing day getting to ride for the day with @commencal_mucoff team thank you so much guys made my year can’t wait to do it again 🤘🤘🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Phoenix had a great weekend picking up his new bike from @cyclistsfightingcancer this amazing charity and the fantastic people involved support there awarded children right up to the age of 18 this charity changes lives go support and give them a follow phoenix is still in a lot of pain with his surgery leg and arm but riding definitely helps with building strength in those areas and is fantastic for his recovery and mental health #ridersofinstagram #worldcancerday #mtb #mtblove #rides
