It took me about 10 months to start working on this film. That may sound strange, but it made me too emotional. Last year I found myself in an adventure that felt exactly like a state of being where I belong. It took a lot for me having to say goodbye to that in order to land back into life as we know it here.

At the same time, I personally don’t like to think in time. After all, time always seems to have a beginning and an end.
Like an hour, a day or a year.
We often tend to associate our sense of accomplishment with such a collection of time,
when they no longer represent anything if we focus only on moments:
- Just as our memories do.

These videos show some images from those months, although I must say that my fondest memories are usually not reflected in captured images, which makes them even more my own.

I am perhaps most grateful for the fact that this trip showed me that I can rely on myself wherever and however I want, and I think back every day to all the places, cultures , conversations, but especially people who made this possible and/or were with me.

You know who you are and I grant you the world. Just as this happiness has been granted to me.
