I swear my body ha went through so many changes I’ve had so many DAY 1 that I’ve lost count at almost 32 yrs old I find myself still chasing that feeling getting high off life and peak fitness I’ve yet to reach but the hustle doesn’t stop I’ve hit a few stand still where my body refuses to cooperate between gaining weight dropping muscle mass other times weight is stagnant yet I feel larger it’s really something I lost Coit over how many time my muscles were sore n the STARIS became my enemy after a tough workout…then I go cut off my locs and the GYM IS NOT KIND TO PIXIE CUTS 😅 but we figuring it out
There’s no excuse why you shouldn’t be in top physical shape of your life whn your physically able to do so you just gotta get in the lab & keep working
Nobody saying you have to have a 6pack cus i surely do not 🤣 Discipline ,Accountability & Showing up pays off in the end
