Updated!! New date! LET FALL an evening of performance | Friday January 27, 2023 | a collaborative movement and sound performance by Alia Swersky and Hannah Rice with live music by Jonathan Rodriguez and Sandesh Nagaraj of Till the Teeth. This work is derived from our practice as a collective group of creators with an aesthetic emphasis on tension, release and intimacy. Stick around for @eliwills_ who will be DJing the after party. Thank you so much to Lara who has been so open and welcoming of our work and who also runs the amazing mutual aid collective that is @casadelxolo A portion of the ticket money will be donated back to their mutual aid efforts and the remaining will go to the artists. I got to spend the last couple days with this green string jelly bean on their island. There is so much time and space between our visits now but nothing is ever lost when we are together. There is something about time spent with someone during foundational years- sharing tight quarters in 4 different apartments, learning how to live life on our own as a unit. @maevebh is also always down to be the star of my visions- in this case, a Pilates class commercial.
