Great things are happening. A few months ago I stepped on the platform for the first time, and now every training session has a purpose. The older I get, the more I appreciate these sessions. Heavy weight. Good training partners. Plenty of debate about the sport we love. Whether it's raw, equipped, slingshots, or bench shirts, we're all chasing the same thing—getting stronger than we were yesterday. 1940 total wasn't built overnight. Back to work. 💪🏋️ Time to blow 2k out of the water.
