I’m participating in the Authors for eSims for Gaza auction fundraiser. Bid on over 110 autographed books and special prize bundles from your favourite authors (novels! poetry collections! children’s books! memoirs! feedback on your own writing! signed copies for your whole book club! characters named after you! and more!). Funds go directly to Crips for eSims for Gaza’s mutual aid efforts helping Palestinians in Gaza stay connected with each other and the rest of the world. by @reemapatelwriter

Holy shit, it’s my book birthday?!

Here’s to a year of being a published author, a year of shameless (read: mortifying) self-promotion, and what feels like 500 years of intense personal growth.

Two dikris, in conversation!

Swipe to see pics of Janika Oza’s launch at @queenbooksto ❤️‍🔥

A History of Burning cracked my heart open and stitched it back up again. I am honoured to have been in conversation with Janika, and am so excited to see this incredible story find its readers across the world. by @reemapatelwriter

Big Magic was a lot of things for me: a compass, a balm, a friend. So naturally, I was hella awkward when I met Liz Gilbert in Toronto last week.

So happy to have placed a copy of SUCH BIG DREAMS in her hands ✨✨✨ by @reemapatelwriter

On March 8 I got to speak at @penguinrandomca about creativity and productivity, the politics of allyship and co-opting the language of revolution into corporate structures on a powerhouse panel with @perditafelicien and @kyomaclear, moderated by @lizrenzetti.

As we delete promo emails about “women’s day sales” (ugh), let’s never forget that IWD was born out of the labour movement, by working class women agitating for higher wages, shorter hours, and safer conditions ✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾 by @reemapatelwriter
