LOVE. The highest vibration we can live in. It feels so good........
So then why not spend more time IN LOVE... with EVERYTHING?!
The planet, the people, the experiences, the life you live...
Life is based on perspective. Everything can be amazing.... or not... based on what you choose to believe and feel.

If you choose love then you will have an amazing life regardless of your current circumstances. Choose love and shift your perspective so that everything is working FOR you not against you. Shift... pivot... AND move through blockages. Change your Now into what you visualize your future to be. You are in the present and future at the same time.

Love every moment and you will receive acceleration to your highest potential!

1st step to loving yourself is to speak TO and ABOUT yourself with kindness! 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼

I remember creating awareness around this a few years ago. I would casually say "I'm so dumb" when I made a mistake... years of saying this about myself I actually felt dumb and started to believe it.

Catching myself in the act was a huge eye opener! I said it more often that I realized. The fun part was reversing this old pattern of negative self talk which created this belief system that was false.

Replaced with:

💜I am so smart!!
💜I am greatful for this learning opportunity!!
💜Wow, I have such great clarity after making that mistake and learning from it.

Now, the love I have for myself is a lot deeper and so much more intimate ❤️🥰
