This is what a Forge night looks like, Chicago! 🔥

Laptops open. Grok bots coming to life. A room full of people learning, collaborating, and building side by side.

From founders and industry professionals to students and curious first-time builders, everyone came together with one goal: to build something new.

And the best part? Watching people help each other set up their @grok bots, figure things out, share ideas, and celebrate the little wins along the way.

That’s the energy we love at Chicago AI Forge! 🧡

A huge thank you to our Panelists, everyone who showed up, @thevibefounder for collaborating with us, and our amazing co-founders @developwithjb @pfl4n @_aryan.20 @reenashah_ for bringing it all together!

Special thanks to @teamworkingbytechnexus for hosting us and providing a wonderful space for our community to connect, learn, and build!

More events, more building, and more opportunities to connect are coming your way.

Chicago, come build with us! 🚀

Follow @chicagoaiforge and be part of our growing community.

And keep an eye out for our upcoming events. We’ve got something exciting brewing for December! 👀

Come curious. Leave having built something.

Thursday night was one of those nights I’ll be thinking about for a while.

100+ RSVPs for a room full of people building their own AI agents, live.

Thank you @teamworkingbytechnexus for hosting us and @thevibefounder for partnering. Thanks to our panel from Claude Community, IBM, Launchpad Lab, and DubClub.

Shoutout to a few builders, who made the room:

@heromenshealth is an anesthesiologist during the daytime and built a workflow to automate his clinics patient experience.

@specialk_das built an agent that scrapes leads and comps for commercial real estate deal flow.

@randyvollrath built an agent for Chicago parking tickets (iykyk).

@kenichimario built an editing engine for his creator interviews.

@thebhaktiedit.co built her own Chicago content reels engine

@jacki.mundra built an AI agent for her ADHD business.

@arishakg wrote her agent in Russian, translated it to English, and used it to launch @312history.

Building is the easy part now.

The right room, and real people to use and test what you build? That’s what matters. That’s what we’re building here.

Last week, AJ and I had an idea: bring together 30 founders, builders, creators, and investors in Chicago to learn, collaborate, and actually build with AI in real time.

Less than 5 days later, we made it happen.

@thevibefounder shared the AI tools, agents, and workflows he uses to operate a 7-figure, one-person company powered by AI. But what made it even better was seeing everyone in the room sharing ideas, building together, and learning from each other.

Thank you, @chicagoaiforge, @developwithjb, @pfl4n, and @_aryan.20 for your help on making this event successful!

Thank you to everyone who came out and spent their Sunday with us.

Chicago, we’re bringing more events your way, so stay tuned 🚀👀

2024: the year of friendships & flight upgrades by @reenashah_

30 🥳 Life is beautiful. I’m so happy and proud of the life I’m building & who I’m becoming each day. I feel very lucky to say that & lucky to mean it. Thank you for the wishes & love this past week. Cheers to the best decade🥂🫶🏽💫 by @reenashah_

Two weeks before our trip, my mom asked me if I wanted to celebrate my upcoming 30th and her 60th birthday. Minutes later, our flights were booked to Barcelona. It was the most spontaneous trip- we booked hotels and trains when we arrived. We laughed, reminisced, shopped, kept our stomachs full, drank sangria, and truly bonded. And almost missed a train. ⁣

My mom has this child like energy that’s infectious - she notices all the beautiful trees, flowers, and wants to pet every dog we pass. She reminds me that if I never ask, the answer will always be no and to live life with no regrets. I hope when I’m 60, I radiate as much beauty and energy as she does each day. I’ll never forget these memories we created together. I love you Madre.

Happy 30th Birthday, Stephanie🫶🏽💜⁣
Not sure which invisible string put us in the same freshman orientation group at Georgia Tech, but God knew I needed to meet my best friend that day. We’ve transformed in the last 12 years- some years we’ve been Friday night gals - hosting parties and watching reruns of friends in our college apt. Some years we’ve been Sunday gals - spiritual and reflective. Some years we’ve been Monday gals - studious and attentive. I love how we’ve arrived in our Saturday daytime era - embracing adulthood and slow mornings. ⁣
⁣
Steph finds joy in all the small things and will celebrate your wins like they’re her own, AND she’s also the dark-hour friend who will selflessly make time when she doesn’t have it, and will sit with you in your grief and pain so you’re not alone. Being around Steph is like a comforting exhale - allowing me and everyone around her to strip our armor off, find comfort, and tranquility. She is light personified. I can’t wait to celebrate you for decades to come and I say it every year - the world would be a better place if everyone loved deeply and was as kind as you. I love you. Sooo so much. Forever. by @reenashah_
