Shake it, shake it! 💜 A little me-time with my OlyLife Shaken massager.

I decided to treat myself with this wearable massage belt combining seven technologies: PEMF, red light, radiofrequency (RF), ultrasound, air compression massage, heat and vibration. What I love most? I find the massage so relaxing, and soothing and it’s a lovely addition to my wind-down routine. ✨

I bought my Shaken for personal use, and I’m sharing my own experience. Any results I mention are my personal results and may differ from anyone else’s. No particular outcome is guaranteed. 💜

We are loving our little Easter break and it’s the best being able to work from my phone so we are ganging for a few more days and beating the traffic. 👍 they’ve ever thought about doing something like this. You should check out our latest competition could get you off a massive big start. CHere’s a Facebook-compliant version that keeps it engaging without risky wording:

⸻

What would you do with your share of $15,000 worldwide? 🤔

Would it mean finally clearing something that’s been sitting on your shoulders…
Booking that trip you keep saying “one day” to…
Upgrading your setup so you can actually move forward…
Or simply giving yourself a bit of breathing room?

Because this isn’t just a number.

It’s options.
It’s relief.
It’s momentum.
It’s a chance to do things differently.

Right now, there’s a global initiative unfolding with $15,000 being distributed across participants… and it’s designed to be accessible — not just for people with big budgets.

If 2026 is the year you said you were ready to change things up… this might be worth a closer look.

I’ve broken everything down inside my free Skool community so you can see exactly what’s happening and decide for yourself.

Comment “$15,000” and I’ll send you the details 👇

We had an absolute ball at the kids’ engagement on the weekend 💍✨

What a night. What a crew. What a memory.

Massive shoutout to our legends —
🎧 David for DJ duties (dance floor = handled)
🌟 Maddie, Lily, Meredith, Ruby and Lauren for all the magic behind the scenes
🔨 Greg, Robbie and Natalina for the muscle, the setup and the “just get it done” energy
And anyone I’ve missed — you were part of the sparkle too.

It truly takes a village… and ours showed up in style.

Yes, we forgot to take more photos — but honestly? That just proves how good it was. When you’re too busy laughing, dancing and soaking it all in, the camera doesn’t stand a chance.

The memories are locked in forever 🤍

Wishing you both a lifetime of love, laughter and very full dance floors. 💃🕺#bridgetrees #family #engaged by @reesbridget
