A good salad should leave you satisfied not searching for snacks 30 minutes later.

For us, it's about getting the balance right: protein, healthy fats, fibre, colour and flavour.

That is the difference between eating because you have to and actually enjoying what you're eating.

Save this for your next salad order. 🥗

You can grab a bowl today, simply send us aDM or order directly via our website. See the link in our bio. by @reesdelightng

Monday deserves a fresh start.

Not the “I’ll eat better next week” kind of Monday.

The kind where you actually choose food that leaves you feeling good.

Crisp greens, creamy avocado, tender chicken, fresh, colourful, crunchy goodness all put together in one satisfying bowl.

Because eating healthy shouldn’t feel like punishment. It should still be something you genuinely look forward to.

And if you’re heading into a busy week, let this be your reminder: you can be busy and still eat well.

This week, choose nourishment over convenience.

Our Chicken & Avocado Salad is ready when you are. 🤍

I used to think working out was mostly about how your body looks.
Over time, I’ve realised there’s so much more to it.

You sleep better.
You have more energy.
Your head feels clearer.
You handle stress a little better.
And honestly, there’s something about knowing you showed up for yourself that just feels good.
You don’t have to become a gym person overnight. Just find a way to move your body that you actually enjoy and keep showing up.
Your future self will thank you for it.

We talk about nourishing your body a lot @rees_delight ,. This is another part of it.

Save this as your little reminder to move today.😉 taken in Lagos, Nigeria by @reesdelightng

Your “I’m trying to eat better” era just got a whole lot tastier because a healthy meal shouldn’t leave you feeling like you’re being punished for wanting to eat well.

Look at this beauty; Crisp, fresh greens, Creamy avocado, Sweet corn, Crunchy cucumber, Fresh veggies, Well-seasoned chicken(without MSG), Little bursts of sweetness from raisins and all the goodness packed into ONE bowl.

Every bite gives you crunch, creaminess, sweetness, savoury goodness and texture.

This is what “eating healthy” should feel like.
Perfect for your work lunch, post-workout meal, busy day or simply when you want something fresh and satisfying.

Ready for your bowl? Send us a DM or order via the link in our bio.
