Missing my boy every day. 😢

These memories help ease the pain!💔🥹🐾 He was such a beautiful, fun, silly, loving, curious and caring boy. He went through a lot the last few months of his life with his cancer journey-he was a brave lil warrior. I admired his fight and was in awe of his strength. I did everything I could to make his life happy & joyful! I hope he remembers those times as he plays over the rainbow bridge 🌈🪽🐶🕊 We Love you always my sweet Hanky-Poo! I love you. I miss you!😣🥺

Proud is an understatement! They learned this in only 4 classes each ya'll. This is not easy at a professional studio to do and I asked them to do this with confidence in just that short amount of time. So yes I am PROUD--beyond words!!!

These kids bring me so much joy, and boy energy every summer! Thank you for dancing with me and executing my vision! "We ♡ Oakland" 2026!

Well, June came and went just like that...

And just like that I'm another year older. No, my birthday is not today, it was in June however--on the 20th-- and it came & went just like that....sooo....another year older.

This past year has taught me so many things: strength, courage, commitment, using my voice, standing up for what's right, doing what's right, maintaining integrity. But most importantly, remembering to show up and be present every single day.

This month of June- (my birthday month), has taught me.......wow, pause......and let me reflect on this month for a minute.....deep breath.....I know for some of you I havent posted everything that's been going on. I'm not a huge grief social media relief type person. I don't share everything right away as it's happening in it's entirety unless you show regard or reach out, and that's ok. In my own time I will with everyone. But wow...okkk.....play.... so this month has been very hard, but it has also been one of my bravest. I have learned resilience, strength, compassion, my ability to be a healer, have courage--even when I thought I could find none at first--and remembering to believe in my choices and to stop second guessing myself, (I'm still working on that one, lol!).

This leads me to why I chose the song to accompany these photographic moments. A simple question: "Will you be there?" Damn! I have truly been blessed with some of the best people in my life who WILL and HAVE been there for me in so many ways I can't even describe. How lucky am I to have such amazing people in my life? Ya'll were there when I needed you the most. When I needed help & guidance; when I needed arms to collapse into for a close sobbing hug; a sweet voice message from across the ocean, memories old & new, that make me laugh; text messages & DM's to brighten my day; check-ins; doordashes; space to process; space to heal; and simply- just showing me that you care!

So yes, "will you be there?" is a loud resounding YES! And I am so incredibly humbled, grateful and blessed! Thank you all for making this month more joyous, sane, breathable and quite frankly--LESS alone.

I've got sunshine in my life because of my lovely TA's!

What a fun season it has been!

I am so grateful to have these ladies in my life. Thank you all for your help, your passion and your love and leadership. Seeing you all grow and become shining examples of hard work, dedication and commitment has been amazing.

I'm glad I got to see you in 2025 @mamasensei74 and fam in Seattle! @kdawgrex24

Reconnecting with my first ever dance teacher from high school was amazing! The one who inspired my love for teaching and dancing, who instilled in me the passion to want to teach, who gave me an everlasting admiration for one of the greatest choreographers to ever live Bob Fossé, and who is now my friend and family for life!

I love you and hope to see you even more in 2026!
