✨✨✨SOLD in West Linn for $3,150,000!!!

▪️Our clients closed on the most gorgeous estate in West Linn and we couldn’t be happier for them. The life moments they are going to have with their beautiful family in this home is going to be so fun to watch, they promised we get pool party invites so we will be front row 😂. Thank you so much for trusting us to guide you through it all, there’s nothing better than this!

▪️It’s funny how being a realtor isn’t really just being a realtor, it’s being apart of the secret, sometimes it’s throwing surprise engagements💍 on closing day, or being the first to know that they are expecting a baby or going through hard times like a loss of family members or a beloved pet. It’s not always beautiful but we love being there for our people and we love that our clients trust us to hold their secrets, surprises or hearts with care. It’s more than just being their realtor it’s being apart of their lives in whatever stage they’re in. We feel so lucky to be here and doing what we love, we are in the business of “people” not just properties. I think if you have worked with us, you know what I mean. 🥹🥹

Cheers to this fabulous family and to all of the rest of you that support our small business. It means the world to us🫶🏻 by @reevesrealty

A tale of two buyers 👀 (same budget, same market, very different endings)
Client A bought. Felt a little nervous signing — totally normal, btw! Fast forward two years? Two years of equity. 🏡✨
Client B waited for the “perfect” moment. The risk-free one. The one where everything lines up just so. Fast forward two years? Two years of rent receipts… and every house on their list now costs more. 😬
Here’s the thing nobody tells you 👇 the perfect, zero-risk, stars-fully-aligned moment to buy? It doesn’t actually exist. 🌙 The people who win in real estate aren’t the ones who time it flawlessly — they’re the ones who got in.
Waiting feels safe. But waiting has a price tag too. 💸
NOT here to rush you into anything! Just… don’t let “perfect” time quietly cost you the thing you actually want. 💛

As always, we love helping our people find their dream home in their budget. If you want to know what that looks like for you let’s run the numbers! 🍾 by @reevesrealty

We don’t list your home. We produce it.
Decluttering, a coat of paint, a deep clean? That’s the small stuff — and it’s the stuff buyers quietly subtract money for when it’s missing.
The magic is in the feeling. Lighting that lets a room breathe. Furniture placed so your eye lands exactly where it should. That moment someone stops scrolling, walks in, and already pictures their whole life unfolding inside.
This is my favorite part of the entire process — turning a house into the one people can’t stop thinking about.
A home that feels intentional sells faster. Every single time. by @reevesrealty

YOU GUYS. The most adorable ranch in 📍West Linn just hit the market &we just love a wallpaper moment 😍😍 add the charm, bring in the vintage light fixture, paint the cabs a dark color— TAKE the risks!! They always, always pay off in the end 🫶🏻. by @reevesrealty

Oh March, YOU WERE A BANGER. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

RR celebrated EIGHT years of business
Closed nearly 3 million in sales
AND we had our 13 year wedding anniversary.

I also threw the most insane Gala this year that raised over $60,000 for the schools!! I couldn’t be more grateful for my right hand man, M. Reeves, he always shows up for me when I’m doing the craziest things.

Cheers to another year doing life with my best friend and thank you to all of our people who always support us! by @reevesrealty

Your house isn’t selling. Let’s talk about why.
It almost always comes down to three things:

📸 Photos — If your listing looks like it was shot on a phone with bad lighting and weird angles, buyers are scrolling right past. Professional photography isn’t optional anymore. It’s mandatory.

🏠 Presentation — Clutter, deferred maintenance, visible repairs? Buyers see red flags and negotiation leverage. Not potential.

💰 Price — Buyers don’t care what you paid or what you need to net. They care about comps and current demand. That’s it.

The good news? All three are fixable.

We’ve taken homes that sat for months, reset the strategy — new photos, staging, honest pricing — and had offers within a week.

The market will tell you the truth. The question is: are you ready to listen? 🤍 by @reevesrealty

The amount of delulu goin on in this video 😂 “that was close!!” … no it wasn’t hahahahha. You guys said you wanted a Courtney reel well here it is!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 by @reevesrealty

You just got a lowball offer. Before you do anything — breathe. 😮‍💨
I know it feels personal. This is YOUR home. But here’s the truth most sellers miss in that moment:
They want your house. If they didn’t, they wouldn’t have written an offer at all.
A lowball isn’t an insult. It’s an opening move. 🤝
Negotiation 101 — people ask for more than they expect to get. That’s not dishonest, it’s just strategy. And most of the time? That lowball turns into a deal that actually works.
Our advice every single time:
😌 Stay calm 🤔 Stay curious ✍️ Always counter
Don’t slam the door on a conversation that hasn’t even started yet. You’ll be surprised where it might land. 🤍 by @reevesrealty
