These are my favorite silver rings to make! Soldering together each layer takes lots of time amd patience. Filing, sanding and polishing is another layer. Fair prices for handmade gems 💎⛰️ Order online reewired.com by @reewired

Working on some things for December. The best part of my work is the start of it, when everything is ugly and messy. Lots of things online make us believe we gotta be perfect but thats not human; thats sterile and damn boring. Be messy, be emotional, be ugly. Its the best part 🔥👩🏽‍🏭🎨 by @reewired

So many wonderful vendors plus some tattoos even. All my jewelry is made by me con mucho amor y energia. Come chat, browse, and grab some food! Los veo ayi. *Also if you didnt know, the Andes mountain range consists of areas in Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Argentina, and Chile. My family is from Bolivia and Colombia. If youve ever seen the Andes Range you can feel how deeply powerful and wise they are; beautifully dangerous and always protecting the land; holding us as we frolic and explore her wonders. 100% recommend visiting and giving all the locals your money 😉 by @reewired

Next week, on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 @ 7:00pm EST / 4:00pm PST, will be our 14th Episode of our Unpacking White Supremacy: IG Live Series.

The intention of this Unpacking White Supremacy project, which includes this IG Live Series, is to spread awareness about the complex, nuanced ways that white supremacy infiltrates our lives—exploring it through a sociological lens—as we unpack its adverse impact; and engage in a process of psychological liberation and healing, through the sharing of our personal narratives and collective lived experience.

Our featured guest will be Carolina Acevedo @reewired, who will be discussing her lived experience with the various ways that colonialism (which has been driven by white supremacy) perpetuated misogyny in her community and how that has shaped and adversely impacted her relationship to herself and the women in her family.

About Carolina Acevedo:

Carolina was born to immigrant parents from Bolivia and Colombian and raised in NJ. She earned her MSW at Rutgers in 2021 and registered her first jewelry arts business in 2023. Carolina has worked in a variety of frontline direct service work like supporting refugees at the International Rescue Committee, youth/parent counselor with NJs Perform Care, and currently at the Newark Water Coalition, a community focused non-profit in Newark. Carolina is working to blend her social work career and her gifts as a muli-media artist and mindfulness student for a more holistic form of social work counseling.

🔎✨ Jewelry that has a lot to say. In this wire weaving I played with lots of layers and patterns then they magically melted together.
