14 year old me would be so amazed.
It all started one day in the bathroom I decided to braid my whole head as a teenager in high school. I would literally only like to braid my own hair and friends/family OCCASIONALLY heavy on the occasionally part. But God had other plans for me to use my gift to create not just finances but friends, lifelong relationships with my clients, and opportunities to share him.
Your gift isn’t just for you it’s for you to glorify God by way of service to others. Always remember to be ministry minded when it comes to everything! Not just in church but outside the four walls.

Back in that mode again…
Sometimes as a stylist, if you don’t allow yourself to spend enough time with the Lord and pour into you then it’s hard for you to pour back into your business, personal, and spirit.
We’re human and life happens. After the passing of my grand father grief tried to get a hold of me for a second but I thank God for being my source and who I can run to when life feels like it’s too loud.
My pastor preached and talked about seeing our hearts as ground. And how the seeds you sow will produce whatever type of harvest you planted.

In this season, make sure to plant good seeds on good ground so that the harvest produces good fruit and the flowers bloom beautifully 🌸 @breannablooms

Huge Thank You to God for the gift of braiding and being able to teach others to braid. Not only am I fulfilled being able to enhance a woman’s beauty but also being able to teach the information I’ve learned along the way is something I’ve always had a heart for and fall more in love each time.

I also thank God for placing me on the mind of @milan24hrbraiding Be sure to follow them for updates on the next available class, booth rentals, and more! Located in Lake Park, FL in the Palm Beach County areas.

This braid class was one of many more to come and I truly enjoyed every minute of it! Seeing how the girls progressed with each try and the desire to want to be better made my heart smile.

Seeing God in the details is a game changer for me because it’s easy to look at what’s wrong or in this case the fact that my tray was hurting but it’s not so often we stop to think about how we can see him in the small things.

I pray that in some way this helps someone to begin to look for God in the little things. Trust me he’s there and he speaks through anything!

Presently I’m on week 5 & let’s just say you get used to it after you gain consistency of changing out your trays. It’s so much that God is teaching me in the area of taking better care of myself 🤎 I LOVE IT HERE!

Lately, I’ve been on a beautiful journey of blossoming into the woman I admire.
She’s intentional. She’s well-prepared, well-kept, and grounded. She takes care of herself—not out of vanity, but out of honor for the woman she is becoming. She understands that true beauty is cultivated from the inside out.

For years, I’ve poured into my inner woman—my spirit, my character, my heart posture, my mindset, and the way I show up in the world. And truthfully, I’m still doing that work. Becoming is a continual process.

But now, I’m learning to extend that same intentionality to the woman people see on the outside.

This season is about watering the seeds that have been planted. Tending to myself with the same love and patience I’ve given to everyone and everything else.

So here’s to softer mornings, healthier habits, glowing skin, healthier hair, a beautiful smile, and becoming increasingly intentional about the way I care for myself.
