Just got settled after trying The Well Hot Pilates Studio in Southaven and baby… they put me to WORK! 😮‍💨🔥

I absolutely loved my experience! The aesthetics were beautiful, the studio was nice and intimate, the location was great, and the instructor’s playlist was ON POINT! 🎶🔥

I am officially EXHAUSTED 😂 but it was exactly what I needed to end my Friday evening.

10/10 experience ⭐️ I WILL be back! ✌🏾🤎

There’s nothing like experiencing different studios, instructors, and teaching styles while continuing to grow in something you genuinely love. 🧘🏾‍♀️
