Just talked with New Fairfield, CT bred, Joey Mahoney from Skopje, North Macedonia, where he’ll step onto the mat today(soon!) representing Great Britain 🇬🇧 at the U20 European Wrestling Championships.Before competing, we asked him a few questions…🇬🇧 What does it mean to represent Great Britain?“It’s an honor to be representing this amazing country and be able to put Team GB on the map in the wrestling world.”💙 What advice would you give the younger wrestlers at The Refinery?“Trust your coaches. You have amazing coaches that are rooting for you and want to see you succeed.
