POV: you hire a private chef to cook in Normandy.

An incredible welcome dinner served in the orangerie of @chateaudecourtomer with a curated menu to embrace all nationalities united.

A fantastic team and local suppliers, and 150 handmade agnolotti del plin and al fresco service amongst the linden trees.

A true love letter to the region, my origins and all diners.

Huge appreciation to the team who worked incredibly hard and to the hosts for having me cook for their families and friends.

@refletsfleurs @reflets.co @lesmoutis @annajaynedesigns @guilberta @sofiaweddingsandevents @veo_media @la_ferme_de_ma_seve Jerome, Flo, Aurélie, Sophie, Tony, Loïs and Christine from Potager et Gourmandise for the delicious Italian ingredients.

Sometimes pivoting turns out better than the original plan. Thank you once again to another extraordinary team who worked tirelessly under high temperatures.

Bonus: I got to drive a van!
