Sometimes beginning again doesn't look like starting over.

It looks like picking up the pen again.
Opening the journal again.
Making space for the things you once loved.
And trusting God with the parts of your life that don't look the way you expected.

It's been a long time since I've written on the Reflexions of Grace blog but I'm ready to return to the page. 🤎

My first post back is about beginning again, this season of life, what I'm learning about rest and wholeness, and why I believe we don't have to have everything figured out before we take the next step.

If you're in a season of starting again too, I hope you'll come along with me.

✨ **New blog post: “Coming Back to the Page: Beginning Again”**

Read it through the link in my bio.

And maybe this is your reminder, too:

**You can begin again. Right where you are.**

Pouring my daily dose of liquid gold. 🫗✨ This isn't your average fish oil. By combining wild-caught omega-3s with high-polyphenol olive oil, Zinzino protects your cells and brings your body back into perfect balance.

My ultimate daily non-negotiable for brain, heart, and immune support. 🧠❤️

Your day starts with the choices you make. ✨
My secret weapon? Reading my Bible, gratitude & prayer journaling, and sipping on my 🍄 mushroom blend Happy Coffee—fuel for mind & body so that I can show up for my family + business.

Small habits, big impact. 💪

➡️ Drop a 💚 if you’re ready for more energy this fall.

✨ Mom taxi essentials because: early mornings, late pick-ups, and approximately 1,000 “are you almost ready?” nudges. 🚗😂

That’s why my secret weapon is this Skinny Cold Brew in White Mocha:
☕ Gives me smooth, creamy coffee-shop vibes without the drive-thru wait.
⚡ A boost of energy to power through classes (hers) + carpooling (mine).
🔥 Supports metabolism while I’m sitting in traffic

Because let’s be honest—college isn’t just a commuter experience for my daughter… it’s for me too. 😅

This week, I'm prioritizing connection - calls, coffee chats, voice messages, and showing up with purpose. What will you do to build meaningful relationships? 🤝

Your morning mindset sets the tone for your entire day. 🧠

Start your day with affirmations that speak life, faith, and confidence into your soul. Whether it's “I am strong,” “I am loved,” or “Today, I choose joy,” these simple truths rewire your thoughts and refocus your heart.💖

When you wake up and declare goodness over your day, you’re not just speaking words—you’re planting seeds of peace, purpose, and power.

Let your first thoughts reflect the life you want to live. Speak it, believe it, live it.

Try this affirmation today:
“I am aligned with peace, purpose, and grace. Today, I walk in light and love.”

I’m diving into Deuteronomy and excited to reflect on God’s faithfulness, His laws, and the lessons He gave His people before they entered the Promised Land. May this book remind me to love the Lord with all my heart, soul, and strength.
Let’s dig in!

💖 Beauty is a Journey, Not a Destination 💖

True beauty isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about consistency, self-care, and confidence. ✨ Some days, your skin will glow. Some days, it won’t. Some days, your makeup will be flawless. Other days, it won’t. But keep showing up for yourself.

💆‍♀️ Stick to your skincare routine.
💄 Try that new look.
💖 Embrace your unique beauty.
🙏 Be patient with the process.

Your glow comes from perseverance, self-love, and grace. Keep going — you’re becoming the most radiant version of YOU! ✨

God didn’t make you to shrink back—He made you to stand firm, shine bright, and walk boldly in His purpose. Step into the woman He’s called you to be. Your story, your faith, your voice—it all matters.
