You’re a business owner. Do your job, run your business and outsource the daily tasks. Rule of thumb, if you’ve done it more than once, it’s time to outsource.

To create a successful business, you need to realize your strengths and weaknesses, then delegate your weaknesses to an individual or team who are strong in that aspect. There is no “oh I’ll test this out for a bit”. This is a major waste of your biggest asset which is TIME. If you’re not good at branding, outsource it. If you’re not good nor enjoy social media, OUT. SOURCE. IT.

The absolute worst thing you can do for your business is cut costs where it matters. Trust us when we say this, spending the pretty penny on an agency who knows what their doing vs one who is affordable will pay off tenfold.

We had to pause the socials so we could provide the absolute highest quality work for our newest clients and reevaluate our strategy. Earth Inspired;

What inspires you? Not surface level, but what truly inspires you to work so hard? I better not hear any responses like “money”.

I’ll start, since I was young, I’ve wanted to change the world for the better and inspire those around me by making the world a better place and helping those in need. It’s not IF anymore, but WHEN the time comes, we’ll be feeding those who are hungry, sheltering those without homes, planting trees, cleaning the ocean, and so much more.

Growth & Comfort cannot co-exist;

As you could tell, I couldn’t decide on a favorite.. so I’ll let you guys tell us!

For real though, there’s only so many hours in a damn day and it sounds counter productive, but stop working every waking hour. Yes I am guilty myself but working on cutting back TO INCREASE MY PRODUCTIVITY.

“HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GROW MY BUSINESS IF I DONT WORK?”

Well, it’s proven that the most efficient work:break ratio is in 2 hour increments of deep work with all distractions removed. What I mean by this is, it takes 30 minutes for your brain to get in the zone of a productive workflow, over the following hour and a half, your focus/productivity begins to fatigue and after 2 hours you just continue working to fight the feeling of guilt that you feel when you take a break, but in reality you’re just creating busy work and getting nowhere.

You can work 12 hours straight, feel great and cross things off your to do list, but are they done at maximum quality? Probably not, are they the most important tasks? Doubtful. Your brain is a muscle itself and will naturally become tired the longer you focus just like any other muscle that you workout, and wether you can tell or not your productivity dramatically decreases the longer you focus regardless of the fact if you love what you do or not. This work:break ratio also gives you a timeframe for you to complete your work which naturally pushes you to finish your given tasks within the timeframe.

Go ahead and test the theory of working in 2 hour increments and take a step back to see how much more work you’ve accomplished at the end of your day!
