Regency Centers is coming home to The Village at Seven Pines. Founded in Jacksonville in 1963, @regencycenters has spent more than six decades developing and operating shopping centers across the country. Now, the company is preparing to move its corporate headquarters to The Village at Seven Pines.

The new headquarters will put Regency’s team in the heart of one of its own flagship developments, surrounded by the retailers, restaurants and community they serve every day. For Regency, Seven Pines isn’t just another development. It’s a long-term investment in the city the company has called home from the beginning.

Congratulations to @hudsonfamilydentaldf on relocating your established practice within the amazing Rivertown of Dobbs Ferry!

Moving an established practice is complicated, especially when your patients are your neighbors. I was excited to take on the assignment—and Deliver!

Available space in Dobbs Ferry? Practically NONE. Add limited parking and zoning restrictions downtown, and finding the right location is hard.

Fortunately, relationships helped open the right door. Through my work with @regencycenters , one of the largest shopping center operators in America, we connected about a space in their shopping corridor just outside downtown. I’ve completed several deals with their incredible team, including one for a veterinary practice here—(shoutout to Kerry @mobiusvet)

When a vacancy came up, they reached out, and we jumped on the opportunity. We negotiated a fantastic deal and I’m very pleased with how the transaction came together.

Dr. Paramo is an outstanding dentist, and having her husband -Robert handle the business side helped make the entire process smooth. It was a pleasure to help them find and negotiate on the right space while keeping their connection to the community.
