✨ SPECIAL GUEST ANNOUNCEMENT + HAPPY BIRTHDAY! ✨

Today feels like the perfect day to officially welcome Rosemary Reddix as a Special Guest at The Elevate Experience by Erika®: Empowering Boss Ladies! 💚✨

And even more importantly… HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ROSE! 🥳❤️

Over the past few months, I’ve had the opportunity to get to know Rose beyond the impressive résumé.

From our dinner at Nobu this summer, to spending time together in Las Vegas, to being welcomed into her home, I’ve genuinely enjoyed our conversations and getting to know the woman behind all of her incredible experiences.

Rose is an international cultural liaison, event producer, philanthropist, healthcare advocate, and women’s empowerment advocate whose work has connected people and opportunities across the U.S., Caribbean, Africa, and beyond. 🌎

But what I appreciate most is her genuine heart, her willingness to connect people, and the way she supports the people around her.

Rose won’t be coming to Elevate to speak or work.

She’s coming simply as my guest. ❤️

I invited her because I want her to experience what I’ve been building, meet the incredible women who will be in the room, and see firsthand what The Elevate Experience is all about.

Rose, thank you for welcoming me into your world, for the conversations, the encouragement, and for supporting me as I build mine.

I’m honored to have you in the room for our inaugural Elevate.

And today, I hope you feel extra celebrated. 🥂✨

Happy Birthday, Rose! ❤️
