Eight years ago, I started a weight loss journey at 303 pounds. Today, I’m proud to say I’m 238 pounds — a 65-pound transformation! 🙏🏾💪🏾

But let me be clear: it took a village. I want to give a heartfelt THANK YOU to my village — @thatdudefit, @rippedcamp365 @hybridrod305, @west_mr.fit and @drmcpowell — for being a part of this journey and helping me become the best version of myself.

What makes this even more meaningful is that not once did I have to leave my community to get these results. The knowledge, support, encouragement, and resources I needed were right here at home.

Eight years ago, I was on the verge of high blood pressure and diabetes. Today, I can proudly say I’m in the best health of my life! 🙏🏾❤️

This journey has taught me that when we support one another, we can change lives right here in our own community.

To my village: THANK YOU! This victory belongs to all of us. 💪🏾❤️🙏🏾

When faith and leadership come together, real change happens.

I had the distinct honor to Host Superintendent Rafael A. Villalobos and some of our esteemed faith leaders right here in the heart of Miami Gardens. Pastors are the moral compass and the backbone of any community, they see our children, counsel our families, and know firsthand what our families need to thrive.
Connecting district leadership directly with the men and women doing the groundwork every Sunday through Saturday is how we build real solutions. When our school district and faith-based community move in sync, our youth win every single time.

A NEW CHAPTER! 🏠🌪️

We’re creating affordable housing built to withstand up to 250-mile-per-hour winds—bringing resilient, Category 5-level housing to our communities.

This is about building stronger, safer communities and creating opportunities for families to thrive.

Coming to a neighborhood near you very soon.

As a kid growing up across the street from the stadium, I remember how the lights would brighten our streets on game nights. I never could have imagined the path God had in store for me.
Over the past 8 years having the opportunity to partner with the Miami Dolphins organization is truly a full circle moment. What started as neighborhood dreams turned into real, tangible impact for the residents of Miami Gardens.
True leadership is about stewardship and remembering where you come from. When the stadium lights turn on today, I don't just see a landmark, I see what's possible when a community and an organization lock arms to lift up the very neighborhoods that surround it.
Thank you to the Miami Dolphins leadership, our city partners, and most importantly, the resilient residents of Miami Gardens who inspire this work every single day. The journey continues.

This is what it looks like when a community comes together to help one another. Together, we can make a real difference, strengthen our neighborhoods, and remind each other that no one has to face challenges alone. Thank you to everyone who showed up, gave back, and proved that when we unite, our community grows stronger.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to B. Lee & Friends for presenting me with such an amazing honor. 🙏🏾💙

There is truly no deeper sentiment than feeling the love of your community. Having the people you pour into turn around, support you, and recognize your efforts makes every single moment worth it. 🙌🏾❤️

I appreciate the love, but don’t get too comfortable… stick around for what’s next. 👀🔥💪🏾
