$I have never gotten used to managing injuries in combat sports. Over 20 years later, my heart still drops after seeing a knockout or open fracture or dislocated joint. It’s a beautiful sport but it still gives me chest pain by @rehman1670$

BIG thank you to Dr. Faisal — the KING 👑

Last weekend this man was in the ring himself, fighting at the Showdown Charity Event… and this weekend he was right back at ringside supporting us as our fight doctor.

That says everything about the kind of passion and love he has for the fight community.

It’s one thing to enjoy the sport — it’s another thing to keep showing up, giving back, supporting the fighters and helping this fight city grow.

We appreciate you more than you know, Doc. Thank you for always being there and playing such an important role in what we’re building here in London.

Fighter one weekend. Fight doctor the next. 😂👑🥊

Thank you, King. ❤️🥊

❤️ MORE THAN JUST A FIGHT NIGHT. THIS ONE WAS SPECIAL.

On September 26th, we brought the MMA community together at RBC Place London for PFC 26 — KNOCK OUT KIDNEY DISEASE, and what an incredible night it was!

Looking back at these highlights, we’re reminded of the amazing athletes, the energy inside the building and, most importantly, the reason we all came together.

This was about something much bigger than fighting.

To every athlete, coach, official, volunteer and member of our production team, thank you for helping make this event possible.

A special thank you to Dr. Faisal Rehman and the Knock Out Kidney Disease team, along with our incredible sponsors, including Domino’s, EllisDon and Jouda Promotions, for their generosity and commitment to this cause.

And to everyone who purchased a ticket, made a donation or came out to support us…

LONDON, YOU SHOWED UP IN A BIG WAY! ❤️

We’re incredibly proud of what we accomplished together and grateful to everyone who played a part.

A SPECIAL MESSAGE FROM PROSPECT…

The lights may be off and the cage may be packed away, but the fight against kidney disease continues. We hope this event serves as a reminder of what our community can accomplish when we come together.

We look forward to sharing more about the impact of this special evening.

Until then, enjoy a look back at a night we’ll never forget.

THANK YOU, LONDON. FROM ALL OF US AT PROSPECT FIGHTING CHAMPIONSHIPS. ❤️ taken in RBC Place London - Ontario, Canada by @rehman1670

We were so proud to see our @fiercenfitboxing Boxers and Coaches step into the ring and demonstrate their boxing skills in front of the crowd at @showdown_downtown .

Showdown in the Downtown was founded by our own Coach Faisal Rehman @rehman1670 and brings together combat sports and fundraising in support of important causes in our community. This year, Fierce N Fit Special Needs Charitable Organization was honoured to be one of the organizations supported by the event.

Having our athletes invited into the ring to showcase their skills made the evening even more special for our Fierce N Fit family. They train hard, and we are always proud to see them given opportunities to show people what they are capable of.

Thank you to Faisal, the Showdown in the Downtown, and everyone who came out and cheered on our athletes.

🥊 THE FIGHT DOCTOR STEPS IN.

Dr. Faisal Raman — an OG of Boomerz Boxing, a great friend of the late Lawrence Boom, and a mentor among mentors here in London.

Known by many as “The Fight Doctor,” Faisal has spent years supporting, mentoring, and helping people throughout our community — and on September 26th, he steps into the ring himself.
