How many times have you talked yourself out of the thing you keep coming back to?

You know the thing.

The business you keep imagining yourself building.
The job you want to go for.
The room you can see yourself speaking in.
The move you keep thinking about.
The creative thing you keep coming back to.
The change you’ve quietly known for a while you want to make.

And then you do what you’re very bloody good at.

You think.

You think about whether it’s sensible. Whether now is the right time. What could go wrong. What other people might think. Whether you need a bit more certainty first.

And somehow “I’d love to…” becomes “maybe one day.”

Not because you aren’t capable. You’ve made plenty happen.

But there are places in your life where you’re still making choices beneath what you’re capable of.

That’s why we created this 💛

On Sunday 15 November, 12 women will join us @the_spa_hotel Tunbridge Wells for The Reign When it’s Raining Retreat.

One immersive day to stop thinking yourself away from what you really desire, get honest about what you want, recognise where you’ve been getting in your own way and move from:

“I want…” to “I intend…”

Our intention?

You leave able to say:

I know what I want.
I trust myself enough to back it.
And I know what I’m doing next.

There’ll be breathwork with Abi, hypnosis with Dolina, reflection, food, community, plenty of RWIR energy and two hours to completely exhale in The Spa Hotel’s Wellness Suite.

Sunday 15 November 2026
The Spa Hotel, Tunbridge Wells
12 places only

Bookings are officially OPEN. 💛

Head to the link in our bio for all the details and to book your place.

You’ve thought about it enough.

Now what are you going to do?

"Make sure you live."

I was watching the new Bridget Jones this week when her dad says those words to her and I cried because it made me think of Matt.

He never got the chance to say those words to me but I know he would have.

It reminded me of something I think we all forget sometimes.

Life isn't waiting for us on the other side of our to do lists.
It's happening now.

In the conversations.
The music.
The laughter.
The people we love.
The moments that make us feel alive.

That's a huge part of why we do what we do 💛

Yes, we want women to stop overthinking and trust themselves more.

But more than that, we want them to actually live ❤️

To experience their lives while they're building them. So let me ask you:

What makes you feel most alive?

You’re not here to overthink your life away.
You’re not here to wait until you feel ready.

You’re here to do what you’ve been journaling about and to trust yourself enough to act on it.

She Reigns is our love note to the woman who knows there’s more inside her, but doesn’t want another thing to think about.

This is for the woman who:
→ has clarity on paper but hesitates in real life.
→ second-guesses herself even when she knows better.
→ feels the pull for more, yet keeps waiting for confidence to arrive.

We don’t believe change happens from pushing harder or fixing yourself.

It happens when you feel safe enough to move.
When small, intentional actions rebuild self-trust.
When momentum replaces overthinking.

Inside She Reigns you’ll find:
→ grounded reflections.
→ real behind-the-scenes truth.
→ podcast drops and tools.
→ reminders that help you act, not just analyse.

This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about becoming you, without hesitation.

If you’re done overthinking and ready to move, you’re in the right place.

You can be the loudest, friendliest person in the room and still be full of self doubt.

We often assume confidence is something we can see. That the woman who walks into a room and talks to everyone must feel completely comfortable in herself.

What happens when the person everyone sees isn't quite how you feel on the inside?

In this week's episode, we're joined by the fabulous Dani Phillips @theproperteaofficial who shares her journey of transformation, the complicated relationship she's had with other people's opinions and how the people we surround ourselves with can shape the women we become.

We also get into something I think so many of us will recognise:
why we're brilliant at building other women up but sometimes struggle to see those same qualities in ourselves.

A year had passed and she was still watching the life she wanted.

In 2022 @saraessa sat in the grandstands at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, dreaming of working in Formula 1.

She went back in 2023. Same dream. Same grandstand and she realised she'd done absolutely nothing about it.

It wasn't because she didn't want it but her life needed to change.

Today Sara works in the world she once thought she couldn't be part of.

And the journey between those two moments is extraordinary.
From losing her dad and struggling with depression to rebuilding her life, breaking into sports presenting and navigating the devastating loss of her younger brother.

This conversation is about so much more than Formula 1.
It's about what can happen when you stop waiting for your life to change.

You chose that life together. Would you still choose it for yourself?

One of our listeners moved countries to build a future with someone she loved.

Now the relationship has ended and she's facing a decision she never expected.

Stay somewhere she loves her job but is far from family and friends or return somewhere that still feels like home?

But underneath that decision is another question.

If the future you planned together is no longer the future you're building, what do YOU want now?

In today's Over to You, Mum and I discuss difficult decisions, the fear of losing something whichever way you go and what it really means to trust yourself with what comes next.

The life you're living probably isn't actually the measure of what you're capable of.

You can be successful and proud of what you've built and still have that sense that you're not quite using all of yourself.

That there's something you want to do, say, create or change that keeps sitting at the edge of your life while you get on with everything you're already very good at.

When I asked @karen_innerflowcoach what living up to her potential means to her now, she said something we loved:

She doesn't know what her potential is yet.

She just knows she's done playing small while she finds out.

You don't have to know exactly where you're going to end up before you stop making choices beneath what you're capable of.

What if you finished the sentence before the “but…” arrived?

“I'd love to…”
And then it comes.

But I don't know how.
But now isn't the right time.
But what will people think?
But what if it doesn't work?

Or maybe you can't finish the sentence yet. You know you want more, but you haven't quite worked out what it is.

On Sunday 15 November, we're creating space for both.

Space to be really listen to yourself. To get honest about what you want, notice what happens when you let yourself actually want it and experience what changes when “I'd love to…” becomes “I intend to…”

The day is packed with goodness and finishes with two hours in @the_spa_hotel beautiful Wellness Suite.

But it's the journey home where it gets really juicy...

Because our intention isn't that you leave just having had a lovely day and then slip straight back into everything exactly as it was.

Our intention is that somewhere on that journey home, you can say:

I know what I want.
I trust myself enough to back it.
And I know what I'm doing next.

Mum and I have this type of conversation with women so often.

Someone tells us the thing that's been on her mind - a decision she's trying to make, a situation she can't quite make sense of or something she wants to do but keeps hesitating.

As we're not standing in the middle of it with her we can see it from a different angle.

That's why we've started Over to You on the podcast.

You send us what's on your mind and we talk it through together, share what we notice and you decide what you do with it.

Big or small. You can write to us anonymously or send us a voice note.

Got something on your mind you'd like us to talk through?

Send it through the podcast link on our bio, there's a button to write or speak on any of our episode show notes 💛

Give them the chance to say yes.

You knew what you thought. Then someone else had an opinion.

This week is our first Over to You, the new part of the podcast where you tell us what's going on and we discuss it.

This one started with a message from an artist who has spent a year and a half building a website for her paintings. It's ready, she's proud of it and she keeps finding reasons not to tell people about it. Because once people can see it, they get a vote.

What she realised about why she's been holding back opened up a bigger conversation about rejection, visibility and the very convincing ways we protect ourselves from the thing we actually want.

🎙️ Are You Rejecting Yourself Before Anyone Else Can? | Over to You is out now. Link in bio.

Whose vote do you let count for more than your own?

She told us she'd planned her big change for October.

Why October? Because it felt “far enough away that it won't be scary.”

She moved it to May.

We've all got an October.
“One day.” “After the summer.” “When things calm down.”

Sometimes later is right, but it's also where we put the thing we're not quite ready to be brave about yet.

What's your October?
