What I thought was a normal Sunday brunch with the girls turned into the sweetest surprise — a 10 YEAR anniversary party for @reileyandrose 🥹💗

I have truly never been so surprised or felt so loved in my entire life. You guys sure know how to make a girl feel special.

It’s hard to wrap my head around the fact that it’s been TEN YEARS since we started this ride.

Hundreds of weddings. Thousands of miles driven. More bouquets than I could ever count. A million late nights, early mornings, flower-filled cars, big dreams, happy tears and memories I’ll carry with me forever.

I still remember the very humble beginnings — working until 3 A.M. to finish a wedding, then recruiting Mom, Dad and just about any friend I could convince to come help me set it all up the next morning.

And somehow, those days turned into this.

Now I get to have @lyssahaley by my side every day, an incredible team of girls who pour their hearts into this business alongside me, and the opportunity to design weddings I once only dreamed would be possible.

There were so many days I prayed for this. I prayed for the weddings. I prayed for the growth. I prayed for the people. I prayed that this little dream of mine could become something real.

And looking around that room today, I realized just how many of those prayers were answered through people.

The list of people who helped get Reiley + Rose here is a mile long.

To my family and friends who showed up before there was ever a “team.” To every R+R girl who has worked the long days and late nights alongside me. To our incredible couples who trusted us with some of the most important days of their lives. And to the vendor friends who have supported us, recommended us and cheered us on along the way —

Thank you.

Thank you for loving us.
Thank you for trusting us.
Thank you for believing in this dream.

Ten years ago, I could only dream about where Reiley + Rose might go.

Today, I just feel incredibly grateful for how far we’ve come — and so excited for everything still ahead.

Here’s to 10 years of Reiley + Rose.

There’s something so special about celebrating at home — surrounded by the people you love most, in a place that already holds so many memories. Add overflowing garden-inspired florals, soft color, long tables and a beautiful Texas view, and suddenly “backyard wedding” feels pretty dang magical.

Intimate doesn’t have to mean less. Sometimes, a smaller guest list just means you get to make every detail that much more intentional. 🤍 by @reileyandrose

We like big bouquets, and we cannot lie 😉

There’s no such thing as one bridal bouquet style.
Soft + romantic. Colorful + playful. Wild + organic. Classic + timeless. Petite and sweet or big and dramatic — your bouquet should feel like you.

One of our favorite parts of designing wedding flowers is creating a bouquet that feels completely unique to each bride, her dress, her venue, her color palette, and the overall feeling of the day.

There’s something extra special about flowering weddings in College Station. 🤍

@tamu is where I spent my college years, made some of my favorite memories, and unknowingly started becoming the person who would one day build Reiley + Rose.

Getting to come back to Aggieland now — this time with buckets of flowers in tow — feels like such a full-circle moment.

Consider this your reminder: Reiley + Rose will always travel to College Station! If you’re planning an Aggieland wedding, we’d love to flower it.

If you ask us, the most important florals on your wedding day are the ones that create those WOW moments.

As much as my heart would love to say, “we need flowers EVERYWHERE,” that isn’t always in the budget — and honestly, it isn’t always necessary.

When we’re designing with our couples, we talk a lot about where your flowers will live on long after the wedding day. Think about the moments your photographer will capture, the spaces your guests will experience, and the details that will show up again and again in your wedding gallery.

A statement entrance? We LOVE her. Your guests see it the moment they arrive, and it creates the perfect backdrop for some pretty incredible photos.

A lush floral moment around the cake? Absolutely — especially when it turns your cake into a focal point instead of just another table in the room.

A bar covered in flowers? I have a feeling it will be a pretty popular spot all night 😉
