My instagram is vegan 🌸

Women are awesome and it's cool to see how many women are vegan 🌸 Generally speaking they tend to be more intuitive and notice deeper spiritual truths easier 🌸

I receive a lot of comments comparing me to a woman as if that's not a complement 🌸 I hold a lot of power over men for presenting myself as feminine 🌸 I run in their minds because I allow myself to exist 🌸

I am grateful to all the supermarket food even though it has no smell, even though even fruit doesn't taste like much. I am grateful for my voice even though I have to cough at least 10 times to hit notes that aren't high. As I ate fruit I noticed that my lungs and neck opened up. I am grateful for my parents who have fed me with junk food as a child.

Real gratitude exists alone. It is gentle 🌱

🌈 Recipe "fruitarian meal" 🌈

1 banana in chunks 🌱

3 pears sliced in half 🌱

Fresh mint leaves 🌱

One tablespoon of pumpkin seeds 🌱

A bundle of greens 🌱

A lemon in small slices 🌱

1 apple sliced in peaces 🌱

This is a fruitarian charcuterie 🌱

Hey, there are people who think that our main source of fuel is air as we cannot survive a minute on it, and they base their diets around how the air works 🌿🧝‍♂️🌱✨️🫶

It is best to eat one type of fruit at once, and not to mix a lot of ingredients 🌿

🌈 Recipe 🌈

3 pears sliced in half 🌱

1 banana in chunks 🌱

1 apple in slices 🌱

Lots of greens 🌱

A lemon in slices 🌱

One teaspoon of pumkin seeds (idk a lot of fruitarians don't add any oil and do not mix it with fruit, I used this for decor effect 🥲) 🌱

Fresh mint leaves from the garden 🌱

Eating water is super important. If you want to be healthy most of the water should come from your food.

I have been learning a ton as a veganworker lately.

This video is for educational purposes and does not substitute full professional medical advice.

As I have been doing yoga lately I started feeling what food is more right for me intuitively. I have been trying new foods and tried out different recipes to feel what works. In the end I remembered that the whole food plant based diet under which I was a year under recommended very little fat and more fat did not make me feel better.

I have tried this keto plant based bar for the first time 2 weeks ago. It tastes fine, but is it nutritious?

You only require to eat very little fat in a day, and most food contains some of it. The bar has no water, and has been processed. Peanuts, and seeds in general get dehydrated for storage purposes. This bar costs more than a watermelon.

Lately I prefer foods which hydrate me, and make me feel better after eating them.

I am thankful for high fat foods and what they have taught me and because of that I will eat fruit and vegetables.

This life isn't about overcoming anything, it's about accepting what it is ✨️

Your current identity whether you are vegan, gay or a painter was given to you because God loves you ✨️

When you see the two legs that you own how could you not be grateful ✨️

The only way you can learn to fly is if you love those two legs first as if they were wings ✨️

I make vegan videos right now so that they blossom into something more ✨️

I trust and love my current occupation ✨️

There are a lot of lemons with yummy skin. ☺️

This wasn't one of them. 🍋

I have a bunch of videos prepared with non-hydrating foods, but I want to promote hydration even more so. 🧝‍♂️🌠🦋✨️

What foods help you to stay hydrated? 🧘
