📍Hidden gem: Pu Luong 🇻🇳 🌿 Do you know Pu Luong already? 🇻🇳 This hidden gem in northern Vietnam is still not as well known as places like Sapa or Ha Long Bay, which honestly makes it even more special. Think endless rice fields, small local villages and barely any crowds. Pu Luong is the perfect place to slow down: explore the local life, go for beautiful walks or bike through the green landscapes surrounded by nature. 🤗 One of those places where you simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere around you. Definitely one of my favorite places in Vietnam. 😊 Would you add Pu Luong to your itinerary? 👇 #puluong #pùluông #vietnam #vietnamtravel #ricefield by @reisblogbe

📍 Gunung Batur, Bali, Indonesia 🇮🇩 The adventure starts in the early hours of the morning with a hike up Mount Batur, all to reach the summit in time for sunrise. 🌞 And what a reward! Watching the first rays of sunlight appear over Bali, with breathtaking views of Mount Agung and even Mount Rinjani on the island of Lombok in the distance. Absolutely magical! 🤩 And the best part? A little breakfast at the top! Freshly boiled eggs, cooked using the natural heat of the volcano itself. How cool is that?! 🌋 An early start, but one hundred percent worth it! 🤍 Would you wake up this early to experience a view like this? 👀 #gunungbatur #baturvolcano #bali #baliisland #wonderfulindonesia by @reisblogbe
📍 Tegallalang Rice Terraces, Bali, Indonesia 🇮🇩 One of Bali’s most iconic spots, and for good reason! 😍 Endless layers of bright green rice terraces, surrounded by palm trees and tropical nature… what a view! Enjoy strolling through the terraces, taking in all the different shades of green and soaking up the beautiful surroundings. 🌴 A little piece of paradise in Bali! 🤍 #tegallalang #tegallalangriceterrace #ubud #bali #wonderfulindonesia by @reisblogbe
📍 Kawah Ijen, East Java, Indonesia 🇮🇩 After a little hike in the dark, you’re rewarded with a magical sunrise at the bright blue crater of Kawah Ijen. 🥹 As the sun slowly rises and the landscape becomes more visible, you truly realise just how incredible this place is. The bright blue crater, the sulphur fumes and that unmistakable smell of sulphur make it such a unique experience. What a view, what an experience! Absolutely stunning! 😍 @wonderfulindonesia #kawahijen #ijen #visiteastjava #wonderfulindonesia #Indonesia by @reisblogbe
📍 Meru Betiri National Park, East Java, Indonesia 🇮🇩 A hidden gem on Java you don’t want to miss! 😉 A place where the jungle takes over, the roads are unpaved and nature is still untouched. Hop into a jeep and make your way through the national park to the remote village of Sukamade. An adventure in itself, but the best part is yet to come… 🐢 In the evening, you head to the beach with a ranger, where, if you’re lucky, you get to witness sea turtles laying their eggs. And the next morning? You get the chance to release tiny baby turtles and watch them make their way towards the ocean. 🥹🤍 How special is that?! Spending the night in a remote village, waking up surrounded by nature and having breakfast by the river… this is Java at its most authentic. 🌿 If you love wildlife, unspoiled nature and places far away from the tourist crowds, make sure to add Meru Betiri National Park to your bucket list! 🤩 Have you ever heard of this hidden gem on Java? 👀 @btn_merubetiri @java_turtle_lodge @wonderfulindonesia #sukamade #merubetirinationalpark #wonderfulindonesia #java #Indonesia by @reisblogbe
‐----------- Are there even words for this?! 🥹 Watching the sunrise over these incredible volcanoes, while the colours of the landscape change with every passing moment… absolutely breathtaking! What a privilege to witness this with my own eyes. 🤍 A moment I’ll never forget! @wonderfulindonesia #wonderfulindonesia #mountbromo #bromonationalpark #bromo #java by @reisblogbe
🤩 #wonderfulindonesia #borobudur #candiborobudur #java #Indonesië by @reisblogbe
HOW WAS INDONESIA? 🇮🇩🤍 Indonesië was gewoonweg fantastisch! ✈️ #wonderfulindonesia #java #sulawesi #bali #lombok by @reisblogbe
Have fun! 😊 #elgolfolanzarote #loshervideros #lanzarote #islascanarias #canaryislands by @reisblogbe
🇻🇳 My perfect Vietnam itinerary! Planning a trip to Vietnam? Here’s the route I’d recommend based on our own trip! ✈️ 📍 Hanoi (2–3 days) Start slow and recover from the long flight. Explore the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, Train Street and of course… eat all the street food! 📍 Ha Long Bay & Cat Ba (2–3 days) Cruise through the iconic limestone landscapes, discover caves and floating villages, and continue to Cat Ba & Lan Ha Bay. 📍 Pu Luong (3–4 days) One of my favourite hidden gems! 🌿 Think rice fields, local villages, hiking, cycling and beautiful mountain views. 📍 Ninh Binh (3 days) Rent a bike, visit Hang Mua, explore the lotus fields and take a boat trip through Tam Coc or Trang An. 📍 Hoi An & surroundings (3–5 days) Wander through the colourful streets, admire the lanterns at night and mix it up with some beach time, the Cham Islands or a day trip to Da Nang or Hue. 📍 Ho Chi Minh City (2–3 days) End your trip in the buzzing south! Explore the city, dive into the food scene and experience the contrast between modern and traditional Vietnam. What place would you absolutely add to your Vietnam itinerary?👇 Want more info about the different destinations?
