25+ years of coaching. The biggest change wasn't a philosophy shift.
It was time.

At Iowa Western, Zach Loll has a two-year window to build trust with his players. Every hour spent breaking down film after practice was an hour he wasn't with them.

Focus captures the games. Assist handles the breakdown. Now instead of sitting behind a screen for hours, he's pulling up the exact clip and showing it to the player right there.

Film doesn't lie — and now he doesn't have to explain it. He can just show it.

Zach Loll didn't have to convince his players to make use of their film. They got there themselves.

"We'd be on our way to a game and they'd be logging in and watching film, and we get off the bus and they'd be like, coach, what about this play?"

That's what player buy-in looks like.

Two years. No time to waste.

In the JUCO world, the window is short. @reiverwbb built a system to make every hour count.
