Okok, last sesh for the day because it’s getting dark and I’m getting scared of my own work 🫩. I actually cover him up before going to bed every night. HAHAHA! #artist #macabreart #painting #workinprogress #acrylic by @rejdevart

Guardian boy continued session. In the midst of this session my fellow artist cousin rehomed his beautiful easel! My back feels so much better and I feel a lot more involved and connected to my canvas. Thank you a bunch! ほんとうにありがとう！🙌🏼 #artist #acrylicpainting #macabreart #darkart #painting by @rejdevart

session 2 today. the lights were flickering, did you see it? Ahh had to stop because I got spooked, especially with the references I was using lol. It’s just the power grid though. The whole city is blasting AC because this weather is absolutely atrocious. #artinsta #artist #workinprogress #liquitexpaint #painting by @rejdevart

Starting another canvas piece. “Guardian boy” is inspired my beloved lil nephew who wrote “I still watch you [sleep] at night” on my birthday card this year. I thought it was funny and cute although creepy…hahaha love him to bits. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) #workinprogress #artist #acrylicpainting #spooky #macabreart by @rejdevart

1. next project in my belly yummy yummy. 2. I don’t mean to display dispassion in my posture but yeah my back really hurts from runnin 12 miles today. 3. my cuzzin-sister is in Taipei I’m sooo jelly belly. Out of Japan, S. Korea, and Taiwan’s art scene, Taiwan really stood out to me. I just love the grunginess of Taipei. It feels personal. #undersketch #watercolor #scary #imscared #iamdoingthis by @rejdevart

Final boss- DETAILS. My fav is probably the ghostly gaze of the seraphim inhaling the essence of the woman on the floor. This was sooo fun and back breaking. Clocked out at 11.5 hours and all that’s left is to spray it with varnish! This is my baby. 🥰🫶🏻 Thanks for keeping up with my process- as you’ve seen I have trouble with decision making. I learned a lot while making this. One is…..the seraphim got astigmatism 😂 Any tips on anti-AI use of reels/photos? Thanks. “Take Me” 2026 Acrylic on canvas 18in x 24in #artist #horrorartist #darkart #horrorart #seraphim by @rejdevart

Making very little progress here but it’s coming together and I think I have the full vision now. Hehehe Lots of technical skills to learn and a lifetime to master them but I’m having so much fun just sharing my psyche with you. Dear edgelords, 7 hours clocked in and I am losing my patience with this haha. I think I am done for the day because I still have work and I am running 7 miles with ma friends later. I also just need a lot of space when I become impatient with something to help refresh my mind and breathing pattern. Any ball knowers with the song + anime source? Hehehe.
