I’ll never stop preaching about what a blessing it is to just be ABLE! 🧚🏽‍♀️

To move our bodies. To breathe on our own. To walk. To do the most mundane things without giving them a second thought 🥹 It’s all such a blessing and I never want to take any of it for granted!

Seriously obsessed with this roll up into teaser series! This really fires up the core 😮‍💨🔥 You’re working on core strength, control balance and spinal articulation all in one combo. Definitely staying in my rotation!

Your OFF day deserves to be MORE than a day you catch up on everything you didn’t have time to do 👀 whether you’re a Pilates instructor, a working mom or just someone who spends most of their week pouring into others, PLEASE make space for YOU, too 😮‍💨⭐️

Have something to look forward to OUTSIDE of work, I promise, creating a life you enjoy makes work life balance feel so much more meaningful ❤️‍🔥💐
