Some experiences are impossible to explain. RELEASE is one of them.

This muscle deep in your cheeks called the Buccinator holds more stress than most people realise.

When it becomes tight from clenching, stress or TMJ, you may notice:
• deeper smile lines
• flat looking cheeks
• jaw pain and tightness
• headaches and facial pressure
• a heavy puffy face

Most treatments work on the surface.
Buccal massage works where the tension actually lives.

By working from inside the mouth at SBS we release deep tension, improve lymphatic flow and help the face feel lighter, softer and more relaxed.

That jaw tension you’ve learned to live with? It’s not normal.

So many people carry years of stress in one of the deepest jaw muscles ….”the lateral pterygoid “👇🏻

This muscle is often the reason behind your jaw pain...

When this muscle is tight, it can contribute to:
✨ Jaw clicking
✨ TMJ pain
✨ Headaches
✨ Ear pressure
✨ Limited jaw movement
✨ Facial tightness & puffiness

Save this & comment “JAW” if your jaw clicks or feels tight 👇🏻

WHAT IS YOUR DIAPHRAGM & WHY IS IT SO IMPORTANT? 🫁

Your diaphragm is a large, dome-shaped muscle located just beneath your lungs and rib cage. It’s the main muscle responsible for helping you breathe.

When you’re constantly stressed or anxious, your breathing can become shallow, and the muscles around your ribs may feel tight.

You might notice:
❌ Shallow breathing
❌ Tightness around your ribs
❌ Neck and shoulder tension
❌ Difficulty taking a comfortable deep breath

✨ Diaphragm release massage uses gentle techniques around the lower ribs to help ease muscular tension, improve comfort and encourage more relaxed breathing.

✨ NOW AVAILABLE AT RELEASE!

Add Diaphragm Release to your next treatment, or simply ask me on the day and I’ll happily include it if we have enough time.

A busy mum of 3, constantly putting everyone else first… 🤎

Ear pain, headaches, jaw pain, constant clenching and teeth grinding.

Sound familiar?

Sometimes we get so used to living with tension that we forget what it feels like without it.

She finally made time for herself and experienced her first JAW RELEASE session.

Are you experiencing the same symptoms?

What if the tension in your jaw is actually coming from your neck? 👀

One muscle I always pay attention to is the SCM, located on the side of your neck.

When this muscle develops trigger points, you might feel pain in completely different areas, including your jaw, temples, around your eyes and even your head.

And this is exactly why I spend so much time working on the neck and shoulders during my jaw release treatments.

You can massage the jaw all day, but if other muscles are contributing to the tension, you might be missing an important part of the problem.

I’m curious, how many of you experience jaw clenching AND neck tightness at the same time? 👀

Comment JAW and I’ll send you my free guide with simple techniques you can try at home. 🤍👇🏽

8 ways your face may be showing signs of stress and jaw tension👇🏻

1. Jaw tightness & clenching — constantly overworking your masseter muscles can leave your jaw feeling heavy, sore and tired.
2. Facial puffiness — tension may contribute to a feeling of facial heaviness, although puffiness has many possible causes.
3. Facial asymmetry — uneven muscle activity can sometimes make one side of your jaw appear more prominent.
4. Frequent headaches — tight jaw and temple muscles can contribute to tension-related headaches.
5. Neck & shoulder pain — jaw tension often goes hand in hand with tightness in the neck and shoulders.
6. Teeth grinding — waking up with a tired jaw could mean you’re clenching or grinding while sleeping.
7. Ear discomfort — jaw muscle tension and TMJ disorders can sometimes cause pain around the ears.
8. Difficulty relaxing your face — you may be holding your teeth together without even realising it.

At RELEASE, my TMJ Release & Buccal Lift treatment focuses on releasing overworked facial muscles, easing tension and helping you feel deeply relaxed.

Intraoral (buccal) massage works deep into the muscles inside your mouth, helping release built-up tension that may have been there for years.

The touch is deep yet soothing, encouraging your nervous system to shift out of fight-or-flight and into a state of deep relaxation, where your body can finally rest and recover.

You think you’re relaxed… until someone touches the muscles inside your mouth.
Comment RELEASE if you’ve never experienced intraoral massage👇🏻

I DON’T THINK YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT’S COMING TO RELEASE IN 2027… 👀

I’m currently training with one of Russia’s leading facial massage educators, learning techniques that go WAY beyond your usual facial.

Advanced Russian intraoral buccal massage, Japanese Kobido, Korugi and deep facial sculpting.

Imagine having your jaw muscles released from INSIDE your mouth, while advanced lifting techniques work on your cheeks, jawline, temples and facial contours.

We’re talking about muscles you didn’t even realise were holding tension.

✨ Deeper jaw and facial tension release
✨ More sculpted-looking cheekbones and jawline
✨ Less puffiness and a fresher appearance
✨ Incredible relaxation while working on stubborn facial tension

The most exciting part? Combining all these techniques into ONE treatment, working with your face from the inside out.

I’ve been working so hard to bring this level of expertise to RELEASE, and I genuinely cannot wait for you to experience it.

2027 IS GOING TO BE SOMETHING ELSE.
