People don’t usually show the versions of themselves they struggled through, but that version matters the most. April me was in a place I don’t even recognize anymore. Mentally drained, physically off, disconnected from who I knew I could be. It wasn’t just about weight. It was everything. My mindset, my habits, my discipline all of it needed work. But looking back, I needed that version of me. Because that low point forced something out of me I didn’t know I had. It forced me to reflect, to reset, and to rebuild from the ground up. There wasn’t a perfect moment. Just a quiet decision to stop making excuses and start taking control. And once that switch flipped, everything changed. This transformation isn’t just what you see. It’s what you don’t see the consistency, the discipline, the mindset shifts.

Sometimes you have to fall off to understand how to climb back stronger. The work isn’t done, it never will be. We’re just getting started. by @relentless__athlete

Leg day with @big_gee810

Today we did a bit of Intense Leg day Consisting of Leg Extensions, Squats, and leg press. All super setted with Lunges . Wasn’t recorded but we finished off with 2 hamstring exercises and that’s when the ability to walk left the room. by @relentless__athlete

Didn’t want to put all The Cards on the table with this video but, here’s a clip of the Final Working Set for One of the Many Exercises we did.
