Decided a few weeks ago to jump on the @powerbellybarbell pursuit of power meet at @relentlesspursuittroy . Goal was to qualify for the masters division primetime session at @usaplmi states in November, for a chance to win some $, to hopefully help fund a trip to Nationals 2027.

Squat- 611
640
661 (ATPR)

Bench- 468.5
479.5 (-275 Masters State Record)
490.5 ( jumped the press command. I appreciate the accountability in judging. This would have been a -275 open state record, so I want those lifts to be held at a higher standard.

Deads- 611
650 (tied meet PR)
677.5 ( lost grip, mine ++ in Nov! )

1790 ish total ( + 15lbs On a power bar)
460 DOTS
Took home Best lifter ( thanks to the push from @buy_h2o )

I’ve said this before , but it needs to be said again. @powerbellybarbell @kitties_and_deadlifts @ray.puff are absolutely raising the level of powerlifting meets in Michigan! In every way. So appreciative of them. Also appreciate all of the spotters and loaders, @yuhazpowerlifting and toplesslee did a great job on commentary! (Sorry don’t know the other gentleman, but fantastic job as well)

Absolute honor and pleasure to compete alongside the lifters! Support was off the charts 📈.

Thank you to @bigvelvet__ and the @dwc_ironfamily . Saylor took us out of a building phase , into an all time meet PR in 2 weeks! Unreal! The fellow DAWGS showed out at the meet and as always were the loudest in the crowd!! Love you all!

Last but certainly not least, thank you so much to my wife Sarah! We had some absolute chaos go on with sickness , and foot X - Rays the night before the meet. I was on the fence of staying home, but she pushed me to go. The last picture was the most valuable part of my day, no contest! Love you all so much!! by @relentlesspursuittroy
