Today is my dad’s birthday 🥰

I still find myself wishing I could sit across from you and hear your thoughts one more time. With everything happening today, I can’t help but wonder what our conversation would have been like about the impeachment.

You were no stranger to moments that shaped our nation’s history. As Chairman of the House Committee on Justice during the impeachment of President Erap Estrada, you carried a great responsibility. Yet what I admire most was your decision to inhibit yourself—not because you had to, but because of delikadesa, recognizing your relationship with President GMA and choosing integrity over influence. That quiet act of honor speaks volumes about the kind of man you were.

Happy birthday in heaven, Dad. I miss your wisdom, your calm strength, and the way you always reminded us that public office is, above all, a public trust.

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for the gift of dadd’s life. Thank You for the love he gave so freely and the example of hard work, humility, and courage that continues to guide us even today. Though we miss him deeply, we find comfort in knowing that he is in Your loving embrace.

Thank You for allowing me to experience the love of a father through him—a love that reflected Your own.

Until we meet again, may he continue to rest in Your eternal presence. Hold him close, Lord, just as You continue to hold us close each day.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

“As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear Him.”

Independence Day 🇵🇭

After three long days trapped inside our prefab, this little one is finally free. 🐱❤️

We honestly didn’t know how to rescue him, but we made sure to leave food and water every day while hoping he would find his way out safely.

Today, our hearts are full seeing him finally emerge. Sometimes the smallest victories bring the biggest smiles.

A gentle reminder that every life matters, no matter how small 🥰
