Day 30 @houseandhomemagazine and #whats your thing
Inspired by @manwithahammer a while back, I followed his reel on how to make a headboard. This was one of my first DIY projects and gave me the confidence to try some others,no stopping me now 😄

Thanks @jpslifeandloves for all the really helpful info, I saved your post about your kitchen ladder from your last kitchen, and was able to source all your recommendations. I love it!!! taken in Edinburgh, United Kingdom by @relugasreno

Head to @aldispecialbuysuk to buy some of this fantastic macramé yarn and try this simple crochet bag. You’ll need 800-900g , the different colours weigh differently.
Let me know if you want a pattern and I’ll do a more detailed tutorial

Upgrade your @habitatuk Jerry chair seat with some beautiful Italian leather.
Thanks to @stephybaby1102 for this gem of an idea. You can buy the leather hide from Etsy, then all you need is a staple gun and a long nosed pliers to help remove the old staples.
Each hide covered 4 chairs 🤩
It was a really hot day, so ignore the state of me, sweating buckets 😅😅

Just back from doing a home exchange in Montreux Switzerland.
Great week of sunshine and music as part of the Montreux Jazz Festival, David joined in the jam session! We stayed in a gorgeous apartment high up on the hill, had fantastic days swimming in the lake and great music and party vibes in the evening. Should have seen The Isley Brothers but they had to cancel, Ezra Collective stood in at the last minute, Thats a clip of them doing a ‘walkabout’ 🤩

Still a few finishing touches to do, including putting a shelf up on this side, but that’ll do for now 😅 by @relugasreno
